1. Shipping Method

Your order is delivered by our Brands directly to you. Our goal is to provide you with a first-class service. Depending on the delivery address and size of your order, the Brands choose the most efficient courier.

2. Shipping Time

Shipping time varies based on several factors, including our Brands’ product capacity, stock level and level of personalisation.

3. Shipping Destinations

Our brands deliver products to Europe, but we are happy to ship globally for an additional charge. Email us with your address and a screenshot of your design so we can calculate the exact shipping time and cost.

4. Return Policy

We’re sure you’ll love your Yuugen product, but if for any reason you’re not happy we give you 14 days from delivery to return it to the Brand. To make a return, just email us at hello@yuugen.store. Then, once your package reaches the Brand, the Brand will refund you fully within 14 days. You'll get a correction invoice, and after you accept it the refund will be made via bank transfer. If you believe your Yuugen purchase is incomplete or defective, you can easily get it repaired or replaced by emailing us at hello@yuugen.store. We will contact you within 7 days and let you know if we can fix or replace your product.
